I have already search for this question so I hope someone can help. I have a 98' Infiniti QX4 6cyl. I am trying to locate the IAT Sensor. Does anyone know where this is located? Pictures would be great, but at this point I will take whatever you can dish out. Thanks

It must be in intake air path as a separate sensor or integrated within MAF housing/sensor.

Why one who plans on home auto repair must download FSM [Nissan site or others] and spend a week reading it to get familiar with sensor locations test proceedures.

What techs do when exposed to a new unknown vehicle line. They don't need to spend a week because they are more generally familiar with previous years models.................but they've already spent years in school studying generic systems.
