I30 not sarting

Hello. my name is Dennis from New York. I just found myself a clean 2001 I30. the car is in good condition. This is the problem why I got it soooo Cheeaaap. It does not start at all. It cranks but that is as far as it goes. so i started the basic checkup: batt is fully charged>Starter is working>Took out fuel pump,it's working fine> all fuses in working order> dissabled aftermarket alarm>trottle body is moving>sprayed starting fluid and the car started right away and then stalled> removed fuel line by injectors and it has pressure when cranked. I'm at my last point on this car and maybe someone out there can help me out. thanx.

have you checked to see if you are getting spark?

I'm not so familiar with this engine since i'm a honda head. i know that it has 6 coil packs but how do i check them? are they located behind the plastic engine cover? how do i o by checking them?

Spark test is essentially the same regardless of make. Do you have any trouble code? A scanner will help but you can refer to the 'sticky' link below on how to extract and decode trouble codes
