so i installed my bov 2day, went well works good and i decided to take care of an exhuast rattle, got that done, i also knew i had a leak sumwhere (exhuast) so i searched for that, and its my manifold to turbo gasket. and ontop of this i noticed oil on the side of the block. im really hoping this isent a headgasket, it looks like it could have been a line, but time will tell. i also noticed some wat i think is gear oil on the bottom of my transmission so i think thats leaking. so i think its time to find a garage, park the car, pull the motor and start to refresh/upgrade watever is causing problems.

This is why I dont get why people just get the motors and throw them in sometimes (not saying you guys are the same). But I meet so many SR fools who do this all the time and complain when it comes to hedgasket or vacuum line replacement time. bleh, kids with a little money. a real adult would be worried about the reliablity of his/her lil speeder.

Edit: Just ranting, had a rough day. sorry!

Yeah, I guess thats what I meant to say before too! I got 2 jobs now so it should be rolling in soon enough. I still cant find a decently priced oil pump to save my life! I found a company that will sell for $260 + shipping, but thats waaaay to high. I need to get it done before the snow comes, riding the bus in winter sucks big ballz.

Dude, that is the going price of a good pump. But if you can find a good quality pump cheaper than that, go for it.
