I like the way they make their models look. They have sexy lines and awsome performance but... And it's a serious BUT. Their history shows that they were any thing than just auto makers. If none of you know this history then let me enlighten you. Why is it that Jewish people, or at least the great majority of them, refuse to buy a BMW? Because they, BMW, built the ovens, durring the holocost, that killed millions of Jews durring Hitlers dominance. Well, may be not millions but damned near close to it. BMW made bids to the regime for the contract durring the war. If it's not true then why did they build them.Bayer is another of those companies that assisted in the Nazi war machine by inventing a way to easily make poisons ingestible for Nazi scientific study. And if you don't know what was invented then you will continue to be enlightened. It was the disolveable pill, or the time released pill, for those who don't know. It's historical. Look in the library. You don't have to take my word for it.They do make nice cars, though.

And Mitsubishi made the planes that bombed Pearl Harbor... does that mean Hawaiians don't buy Mitsus?

lol - porsche, bmw, vw, daimler-benz all had ties to Nazi Germany because (surprise!) they operated in Nazi Germany at the time. What was the alternative? refuse and be murdered by the SS and have the company taken over anyways?

Yeah, you're both right about that. I guess when you put it in that perspective... But consider the fact that the Japanese weren't committing genocide like the Nazis were. That says a lot. Don't get me wrong, I don't look at todays companies with historical facts in mind. I, in fact, think that it's a little closed minded and unforgiving of the Jewish people that think this way to hold on to a grudge for so long. I feel for them but it is the past and all things have gotten better since then. The problems are not completely obliterated but they have to admit to things getting better since then. I wouldn't buy one, though. Too expenseve for what it is. Nissan makes a better built vehicle in the form of Skyline. Don't you think?

Wasn't the "bug" originally made with the swastika on the side, for Hitler's personal car?

More than that in the case of VW. VW was Hitler's personal idea. Hitler went to Porsche and asked him to make a car that average people could afford. The Beetle was the result.

It's ignorant to assume that everyone who helped the Nazis was evil, though. I've got strong German heritage, in fact my grandmother lived in Germany during the war. I know a lot about it, and I get sick of the uninformed attitude people take toward everything German from that period. Even Porsche, who was in direct support of the Nazi regime, wasn't evil. Even some Nazis themselves were good people who were just proud to be serving their country. Most Germans didn't realize what was going on until it was too late to do anything about it. And when it's submit or die, you're going to do what you're told.

They really like curves. Also what is happening with the door? Is that a cloth?

The whole skin of the car is cloth. As in, no body panels.

On the flipside, it looks like a Z4 only with cloth instead of body panels.

Interesting but BMW has gone all gimmicky and forgot they were supposed to be the ultimate driving machine...to many tricks and not enough sport.

Flexible panels...hmm. I would like to see how all that works. What will suck is if creases/wrinkles develop in the door panels from repeated openings.

And Rockafeller's Standard Oil company provided the jet fuel for the German planes, which, without that massive amount of fuel they likely wouldn't have had their Luftwaffe. And being that Rockefeller plays a huge roll in the US economy, does that mean you're going to stop using the US dollar?

very interesting concept. In the vid it said it would take two hours to change the texture. I wonder what that meant.
