My blitz sbc spec R boost controller and Apexi SAFC II were stolen (tear)

Any one have any suggestions for replacement.

Keep in mind I'm broke right now and need something to replace these things that would give me the best performance for some reasonable money.

Would a Joe P XZ MBC work for 15psi?

How would this boost controller compare to the greedy profec type s boost controller?

Basically I would like to know whether its worth me buying this and how it would perform?

I was thinking of getting a APEXi POWER FC and Commander Set in place of a SAFC II because my SAFC II was holding me up because it wasn't working to well for me when it came to tuning.

Is it worth it or would a ROM tune be just as good?

My car is dripping oil from the sensor right below the oil filter when its on. When i go to the parts store what should i tell them what i need? It should be the same part for a 1988 pulsar right.

Also I was trying to take off my front bumper and i've already taken of like 20 screws and bolts. Am i taking off the wrong screws or is their really this much stuff holding up the bumper?

Is the sensor directly below the oil filter an oil pressure sensor or the knock sensor?
