here you get a racing ticket which is a mandatory court appearance 6 points off your licence and a stupid high fine I can't emember what is was now but's it's mreo than twice a normal ticket

take it to the track, leave your excuses at the gate

hHAHAHAHAHAHa it's been a while since I laughed that hard. It's wprse in va bro. It's not even a traffic violation it's a class 1 misdemeanor.. a criminal offence.. Possible 6 month suspension up to a year in jail and a 2500 dollar fine... but I got pulled while still roasting 3rd I was only at 34 in a 25... the cop didn't even see or hear the spinning tires he saw me run up behind the integra really quick.. he was cool as soon as he realized I was cooperastive and polite he calmed down and laughed as I descrivb3ed my incident with the ricer.. he wrote it up as general following too close and not racing which is beast. This is my first ticket ever I'm a full timw sturdent I work a full time job and I'm the only source of income in my househould seeing as how my bro is still in highschool and my mother is on disability... I hope he doesn't take my license but I understand the wrong in what I did and accept the punishment.. court oct 15 09.. wish me luck.. however Irecorded the incident as video on my phone If you want a good laugh sent to your email.

I got my first ticket a few months ago on I4. Sounds like that cop cut you a break, any cop you find on the interstate is an ***hole. The cop came up to my door and said "There a reason you're driving that damn fast?"

ha ha ha... I drive a red convertible sports car. I've been pulled over five times since I've had it. Once for no brake light, once for accidentally turning through a red light (didn't notice it had turned - stupid me), once for not using a turn signal (cop thought I was trying to evade him, I never even saw him), and I forget what the other ones were for... but the best part is I haven't gotten a ticket yet.

Now, I'm not bragging about it, I'm just saying. I'm surprised I haven't.

If you don't make alot of money or cannot afford an attorney, get one from the court. They will not necessarily tell you that you can get one, but for this you are intitled to one.

If you make a resonable living and cannot qualifty for the free attorney, seriously consider getting one.

I had an incident like this a loooong time ago. I wsa in college and got a court appointed attorney and he got it taken down from Exhibition of Spee to simple speeding.

In this case completely worth it.

the first week i had my 300zx i was pulled over 5 times. once for an illegal drive out tag that turned out to be completely legal. once for "my dad teaching me how to do donuts in the parking lot"(didnt know how to drive a 5 speed so he was teaching me in a closed down furniture store parking lot) once for not stopping for a school bus (the bus wasnt even stopped) and once for absolutely no reason. after i got a real tag instead of one from "Nacho's Used Cars," i havent been pulled over.

The cops just love pulling these cars over. Must think we have money or somethin... lol. I never got a speeding ticket until I bought my Z. Now I've gotten 5 lol. Cops love pulling me over for "turn signals not working" and "no license plate lights," even though each time i ask to check them in front of the officer they work fine.

i once got an exhibition of speed in a school zone, it was a felony ticket... went to court and settled for a speeding ticket, all that for doing a 5K launch and chirping into 2nd... never again...
