Post

Last Friday I picked up a 2009 Altima coupe 2.5 S. The color is black with the CVT and the convenience package. It’s been almost two years since I joined this board, and now I have a real reason to make a post. I am already daydreaming about the mods I want to make to it. The positive experiences that most of the people on this board have had with their cars, help nudged me toward buying the coupe. I sure am enjoying it! T C

Turbocoupe comes from the car I was driving when I registered on this forum. It is a 1987 Thunderbird turbocoupe, black, 5-speed. Not the first Car that would come to mind when thinking of performance cars, but it was fun to drive. I will probably sell it now, along with all the hard to get parts and pieces that I scrounged up for it. I have several spare T-3 turbos, I might keep one, and you never know when a turbo would come in handy. If I can sell some of this stuff the money will go into my Altima coupe. The only thing I am going to do any time soon is have the windows tinted, and maybe paint the chrome mustache black. When the tires need replacing I want to get new wheels and tires. I like the Stillen front lip and rear spoiler. Lowering springs and a stiffer rear sway bar would be good. When I do the brakes the Stillen rotors would be an option. Right now its nice like it is. Its been raining this week, so I guess I will have to wash it this weekend. T C
