You may have to remove the turbo and then drill/helicoil, or try and easy out to get the bolt out. That's a tough spot to be in.

Post pics so we can get a visual.

it happened to me when we were replacing my old turbo, but luckly the bolt that was not removed was left on the O2 housing, so we took it a wedling place where the guy rewelded another bold (with head) and removed it with a wrench.

Might need more effort if its on the turbo or some other place. Good luck.

Yeah post a pic of it. If you only broke the head of the bolt and the stud is still there sticking out the you might be in luck. There is a tool in AutoZone that they rent out where it looks like a socket with little roller inside it. all you do is slide the stud inside it and when you turn the socket, it grips around the stud really tight. and it works very well. I hope this helps.

I can't help but notice you don't have "totally sweet gt2876R" in your mod list. Maybe this is a sign you should go out and drop $1400 on a turbo.

dont sweat it.

I broke the one closest to the engine block, and just said EFF it.

Im running 20psi and no issues so far.

Before I broke that one, I didnt have any hardware on the stud located at the 6 o'clock position, and I had no issues there either.

Im waiting till I pull the manifold off the head to sort it.
