Howard, new Green Day

Just listened to Uno for the first time this morning. OMG, they have gone back to their original green haired punk sound. Not all politics and religion like the last few CDs have been. If you like Green Day, you will love it. It was all I could do to keep from stopping my car and getting out and dancing in the street.



I can't believe that Billy Joe is 40. Hope he can get his addictions under control.

Good info, I've been a big fan myself since the early 90's, but always preferred the "classic" Kerplunk/Dookie era. I fell off their wagon during the slow tempo political years and hadn't even heard of this release. If they really have regained their mojo, I'll have to check out the new disc. And yes, I'm that old dude that still prefers hard media to straight digital dowload.

I think Nimrod was my favorite.

It is called Uno. There will be a Dos and a Tres released later this year. If I can get the CD cheaper than a download, I'll do it. I like to have my disc in case I want to play it in my Camaro or my home CD intercom. My Camaro still has it's original factory Bose single disc changer.
