My Alternator/AC belt was broken yesterday. I bought a belt and figured from the top I can loosen the idler belt pensioner on top and replace the belt. I managed to break the Idler bolt.

I managed to break the tensioner Idler pulleys bolt!!! it is very hard area to get to from under neat the car I was ablt to see that the pulley is sitting on two or three bolts. How do I loosen this pulley is is very hard to get to . Now I guess I have to replace the screw with a new one or even a new pulley!!

from this froum I learned now how to loosen the belt:http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/500

Do I need to replace the bolt/nut on top of the pulley?
