How to manually crank a window up/down in my s14

I'm in the process of swapping doors on my 95 and am trying to figure out how to manually crank the window up/down. It's a power window but I have no power to the car due to there being no motor in it. Please help!

in short, you can't. not without disassembling the motor. just run wires from the pos and neg of a charged car battery to the leads on the motor. you can only hook it up two ways, one is up the other is down.
