how to clean fuel pump?

here i am again guys need ur help.i checked my fuel pump & i dont know if it is good or bad?how do i know if the fuel pump is clogged & how to clean it,i mean what kind of cleaner do i need to use?i read on the other forums that they use brake cleaner.please i need help coz everytime i use my car & givin gas on it,its almost die & sounds like wrx sti car.

My guess is you on 3 cylinders. Accidentally left my 1st plug wire out and I was like "teh f" boxer motor? then i was like "oh shiat" I'm short a cylinder.
