this is my first post, but I have a little info on the subject, I hope it helps.
If you do a tranny swap, you need a manual driveline, the output shafts are differant sizes and they wont work.
also the three plugs on the side of the fuse box, it is the middle one like said before, if you go under the fuse box, right where those 3 plugs are you will see the other plug that you have to loop, a lot of people get this plug and the plug on the other side that is grey with the white and black/yelow wire confused, those wires are your signal wire to the starter.
I have only done the swap while doing a sr swap, so the wiring is a little differant, you don't have the wires that come of those 3 plugs at all, they are taken out with the tranny. and the manual doesn't have them. so you just have to be creative, I hope that helps.I wish I would have found this post before I did my first one, it would have made things a lot easier. Damn trial and error... lol
