How strong is stock KA crank @ .50 under ?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

My crank has been turned down to .25 or .10 under my question is i think its in nice enuff shape to polish and leave @ .25 but if i have to take it down to .50 is it going to be a problem @ like 550rwhp ? seriously thanx ! Oh i was also thinking i could get it Nitride Treated @ either .25 or .50 would that make a difference ?
