yes it is a bolt in, please hire a shop to do the swap for you. In the mean time read the FAQ for more info.

only a little bit of modification is required to make the wiring harness work. to wire it up you simply follow any SR wiring guide.

You really dont need a big KOYO radiator for the CA untill you make alot of boost.

Its pretty easy if you just plan on buying and droping in without rebuilding it. For that matter, so is a SR. But nobody here would recommend it since the RWD CA18DET was out of production like 15 years ago.

Because once a week people come into this forum asking the same question over and over again. This topic has been beaten to DEATH. The answers are there if you just take 2mins of your time and search for them.

1/2 the price of the SR? I don't think so... Maybe the initial cost of the motorset is 1/2 the price. Once you're done with all your regular maintenance costs, plus the rest of the stuff needed to perform the swap, you'd have surpasses the $2k mark easily. I got my motorset nearly for free and I am closing in on $2k...

FYI, as soon as a moderator sees this post (Dee, Ryan) it will be locked. This has been discussed in great detail over, and over, and over, and over. Seriously man, read the archives.

First of all, please don't post with the Caps Lock on, it's unneccisary and impolite. Secondly, the answer to your questions can be pretty easily found by simply using the search button. Thirdly, welcome to the CA section!
