How much do stock 17" wheels weigh?

Does anyone know how much the Stock 17" wheels weigh on a 2005-2006 G35 Sedan? I want to get lighter wheels, and I'm curious just how much lighter they will be compared to stock.

The 04 wheel I weighed the other day was 44lbs with a turanza tire.

Thanks for the info! That tire weighs 26 lbs, so the rim is only 18! That's alot lighter than I expected. When I spoke with someone at the dealership, he did not know exactly but he guessed over 30 lbs for the rim alone. I was hoping to upgrade to lighter wheels, but I guess it would not be much of an upgrade at all. Forged 18" weigh 18 lbs by BBS. I guess I'll just have to do it for looks alone.

I would guess the wheel weighs around 20lbs, alot of times those tire weights are correct on tire rack. The forged z track wheels I put on the car weighed around 40-42lbs with a kumho spt tire.

Thank you all for your replies. I just called a local tire dealer who takes trade ins and he had one of my wheels. For anyone interested, they are 20 lbs, which is barely heavier than a quality forged wheel. I guess that saves me about $2,000, unless I just do something different for show. Most mods end up being just for show anyway. It's pretty hard to improve on Nissan's R&D. I'll probably stay stock and let my daughter go to college when she grows up instead.
