You can only insert small (300 by 300, I think) pics from your HD.

For bigger pics, you have to find a place on the web to "host" them, then you can "link in" the image.

You can also put bigger pictures in the Member's Rides section here at NICO and then link to them (gotta do a tiny bit of HTML editing, though, to show the pictures directly without having a link show). That is how I posted the pictures in this thread:
