How do I reset the SES light???

I have a friend that needs her SES light reset...how do you do that??? Anyone can help out with this one?

I tried disconnecting the battery before but it didn't seem to work. So, i went to the nearest autozone and borrowed a diagnostic scanner and reset it from there.

Damn you go lucky - it's actually illegal for them to reset your diagnostic codes with their borrowed OBD II reader...

Easiest way is to unplug your battery for 15 min or so, or you can buy a reader.
