How can I get the paint off the interior of my basement sand
I would like to waterproof the outside. And repair the inside and get it cleaned up. The inside is painted. How should i get that paint off without damaging the wall? Then for the interior do i put some type of special sealant or paint on it to keep it together?

There's special paint for basement walls (if they're stripped down to the concrete). Is it drywall or concrete?
