Dont expect anything big, yeah, there will be some really nice ones, but for the most part, it will be mostly ricers and what not, at least, thats what i saw last year up on the Dallas HIN. The cool cars that i saw were some supras, 91 240sx with s15 front and s13 sr20, and a lambo with some mods. Everything else was rice.

It's alot of high profile cars with major sponsors. Most of the cars have already been featured in magazines, but it's cool to see them anyways.

ALOT. it was fun. saw cool cars, got some tshirts, and saw some badass breakdancing. if you go bring a video camera.

Don't expect too much out of hot import nights. The one and only one I went to last summer in LA convention center was filled with mainly hondas and acuras, wiith a few other cars. There was about 1 240 there. I was kinda dissapointed to say the very least.

Yeah, get there like halfway, in between, or like an hour or two before they announce the winners, by then you wouldve already seen all of the cars twice. There is allot of breakdancing goin on, thatsa reason why i go, i like battling sme of the older peepz. Definitely bring a video camera.

Yeah, i was also dissapointed. Lots of hotties though. What you can expect: 9 out of every ten cars with have at least one NAAAWWWSSSS bottle in the trunk, if not two. Most will have extremely custom stereo setups and tv's with ps2's. All will have some sort of custom color-matched vinyl/leatherette/pleather interior. I saw only 4 240's, three had sr's the other was ka-t.

HIN is just another rice show dominated by Hondas. Unless you like loud crappy music, biased judges, import hoezzz, and overpriced tickets, you should go. Otherwise, you should just save the money or buy a nice dinner for your gf.

I live in CA and there's an import show every month, so I've had enough of it. I'm not sure how often you guys have 'em in the Philly.

cool that will make it the best , seeing all the good stuff without actually going . Watch out for all the rice though. And i also imagine that the fuzz will be on extra alert with that running.

but guys, dont forget, all the free ish and sponsors stickers, will surely make up for that $25 door fee(just think, sell the stickers on ebay and make your $$ back), oh, and dont foget about the overpriced food vendors that they usually have , nothing like paying $3 for a coke that cost you $1.25 at the local gas station

if it's you guys first HIN knowing the things that you know now, you'l be very dissapointed! It's Philly's first time having HIN in philly> the convention center is fair in size so there should be a lot of rice. There aren't any 240's in em'...i'll tkaet that back maybe one or two if you look very hard! Oh yeah don't get all jiddery oif you see an S14 wit S15 heads adn skyline tails. it's most likly a intgera or civic.

the way you guys make it sound, someone might see less rice going on a tour of Uncle Bens Rice company than going to a HIN. But admit it, ricers are good for something, taking their money when you race them cause you spent your money on performance wear they got some neon spoiler or some crap.

haven't confirmed that yet, I think it may just be I can't find post 90's or pre 80's cars I like that I can afford. Want to learn something more screwy, cars I have had that died include a 88 corsica, 88 celebrity, and a 81 grand lemans. Those are the 3 gms thatdied in about a 6 month span. And even more odd is I am 21 now. from 18-19 I only had the 88 celebrity, then I got the convertible celebrity as a second car when I turned 20. So I purchased 6 cars in 2 years, or to sound even more drastic 5 cars in about the last 8 months. Thats more than some have in a lifetime. And they are all 80's, I just might belong in the twilight zone you think?
