horrible transmission whine

i was goin around 300 kmph and when i slowed down my trany started to whine allot, it whines in neut and in gear, but when i pres in the clutch it doesnt sound what can it be, ive heard input shaft bearings and pilot bearings plz help

I would look into the throwout bearing and the pilot bearing. More than likely, it's the throwout bearing.
