Horn blows by tiself!

Hi everyone.......I am new to this forum and need help. My daughters 2008 Versa has a horn that sounds even when the car is not running. At first I was told that the problem was only when driving and making a turn so we replaced the spiral cable. I thought every thing was ok for about 24 hours and then then my son in law tells me that it also will sound even when no one is in the car, so I spent $140 on a new spiral cable that did not cure the problem. What do I look for next? There are no warning lights glowing on the dash. We have the horn fuse pulled for now. Help! Thanks in advance, Ron
