I am wanting to install a Homelink rearview mirror in my '09 Cube. Is the Cube already pre-wired to install a Homelink unit, or were they just not available at all? If not, surely someone has done this already.

The Homelink mirror is not an available accessory for the CUBE, so it's not pre-wired. Doesn't appear that anyone has attempted this install.
Here's an installation guide from NISSAN showing how to install an Auto Dimming Mirror with Homelink and Compass in a ROGUE.
