I parked my car infront of my friends house last week cause we were going to the bar in his car. When we came back i saw something different in the front and noticed someone had hit my car well here are some pictures of how my car is. Its in the body shop right now im trying to see if they can put the nismo front bumper on it instead of the stock one we will see.sorry for the bad pics it was late.

Yea my insurance covers it and i get 30 a day for a rental. So i told the body shop just to put the Nismo front bumper on it instead of the stock one so hopefully they can do it for me they told me it all depended on the price of the bumper.

That sucks to hear that bro. If you have to put a stock one back on this is a good time to change the side markers to smoke or clear since its a lot easier with the bumper off. Also if your stuck with stock might want to consider painting the black section on the bottom black. Its wont cost you anything and it would look better. Check out the sig

Also might want to consider filling in the spot for the front emblem since it gives it a lot cleaner look

Your prob talking about the front bumper reinforcement. Which is the reason I had to put the 03-05 bumper on instead of the 06 style.

sorry about your hitandrun. my dad was turning left with a green arrow a couple years ago in his C5 Corvette and some moron running the red slammed into his rear bumper and it got all torn up, so i know that sucks! glad you're alright (he was too). o, and of course, it was also a hit and run. never found the guy.

Do not mean to thread jack, but my front bumper is scraped up pretty bad.

Two Questions:

1. Would this front bumper fit a 2006?2. Does anybody have a good website to find this body kit?

You can go to MyNismo.com but they only have the Nismo V.2 from bumper which is almost the same except for the side markers. And idk if they fit on the 06 i dont see why not because the newer version of the bumper is for 07-08

Thanks FTD350Z, I have been to their site and a couple other sites looking for the exact replica. Nothing yet, I am very picky when it comes to adding or removing any parts on my car. I do not like big bulky body kits that look silly, I like free flowing body kits. Thanks again, if you come across the one in the picture above, please let me know.

You can probably check in the nissan dealer ship im pretty sure u can get one there. The body shop where my car is in is getting mine from there i think if they find it. Hopefully they do i hope they dont put the oem one back on. Call them up though and see what they tell u.

Well the body shop called me today and the dealer only has the 06-08 front bumper and they cant get the 03-05 one so im gonna have to put the oem one back on but they said they were gonna keep on trying in other places to see if they could find one for me they said the dealer could get one but it was gonna be fiberglass and i dont want that cause they crack too quick

My question is, were you parked on campus or anywhere near housing for students. I see a lot of this happening on campus' everywhere. Kids being drunk or uninsured and bumping or hitting cars - i never drive any of my cars to campus parties or certain apartment complexes.... i'm sorry about the accident but at least your covered and everything is taken care of.

whoops, sorry! should have included that vital fact to the story. it was fixed back to 100% perfect/good as new. you could never tell. a lot of stuff was inconveniently shifted so it was more than just a dent, but it was all fixed. good reason to run a carfax! here's a recent picture, which also shows the fender where it was hit:carwash with my Z32 and my girlfriend's alero. had to shoot a few pictures!

Ohh thats good it looks in good condition but yea it is important to have carfaxs done because of that. I got lucky and it wasnt too hard of a hit so they just need to replace the light the fender and the bumper but still sucks
