I think I sent you an e-mail back already, if this is the same person, might not have gone through or something though. Anyhow, without having the actual lines here from and S13 and off of the RB25 to modify them by swapping ends and or adding we can't do the AC lines. Basically we can't make them from scratch. Sorry mate!

It's okay. We'll figure it out some day. Oh yeah, I got the Fujii SPL power steering lines from Raw Brokerage and it looks great. Can't wait to put it on. Thanks Cody or someone from Fujii-SPL.

M30 solution should be released in a few weeks. Have a core line being shipped to us this week. We'll take some measurements and figure out the fittings and start the production. Keep an eye out!

Hey DJ, Sorry that I went MIA back a while ago... I am still interested in picking up a high pressure PS line for my KA24E (sohc) to go from the power steering pump down to the rack - mine is leaking from the hardline connection right after the pump.

What would the price be shipped to 27617 and how long would it take to have it made and sent to me? Thanks!

Do you have a picture of what the steel braided line looks like for the KA24de? I'd like to buy what but want some kind of idea of what I'm getting before I fork over the cash.

I broke my high pressure hard line while replacing my steering rack. I need to know how much one would be for a stock KA24de shipped to 14224.

idahotuner wrote: oh hey well if you have everything that would be the way to go. basically i dont have any thing for PS right now besides the DOHC rack that is i nthe car. and i think a few of the lines are broken and cut off. so i would need basically every single line for it. i hope my rack is good. i may have to pull it apart and redo the seals.

so how mcuh would it run for the pump and everything.
DJButton wrote:Ben,Say $150 for the pump and line and bracket for the pump if you need it? You'll still need a belt for pump and the hardlines that just loop in front of the rack, they're like an external fluid cooler for the PS system, so if you just want to skip them for now I can send you the two block off plugs for them as well.

Hey all,

Not sure if any of you are still waiting on replies from DJButton or not, but some of you were asking for some pics. If you visit our site, you can see the lines.

Is there more than one way to route the Fujii SS line for KA24E? My friend routed his in front of the timing chain cover, down under the distributor, then to the steering rack. Is it possible to route it the same way as the stock high pressure power steering line? Anybody have pictures of how they routed their Fujii SS line on a KA24E?

Well, we build them to route in that pattern your friend used, but we can also make them at a different length to route underneath as well. I haven't tried routing it in the stock location with our regular line, so I'm not sure if it would be long enough, you might be able to fit it that direction though. If not, like I said, we can make one at a custom length no problem.

i was wondering if theres any torque specs for the fittings on both ends of the line mine were all loose so im assuming they need to be tightened but is there any specific amount of torque to use?
also should i apply any teflon to the threads of the fittings?

Do you have anything for a 1993 Infiniti Q45?

Are these any better than OEM?

I don't need any but if they are better than OEM I might consider going with these.

Yo, I bought a line before and it fit perfect and never had an issue or anything. Now I have a new car and need another line since mine is leaking :(

O and BTW do you know if you could make a line that would go from a SOHC KA to a DATSUN 720 Rack?

Yes sir, shoot an e-mail to [email protected] and mention the thread on NICO I want to say we've had folks use the SR one with no issues, but I can't quite remember at the moment, so I'll need to double check.

Sure thing, you can order them right on our website now http://www.fujiispl.com
As for the second question, we should be able to make that up fine, if there was any way you could send us the oem stock line for a 720 so we could get the fitting size off of it for the rack that would make it doable, unless you know fittings pretty well and know what size it is. We would also need a length from you as well. Shoot me an e-mail though so we don't have to clutter up the thread figuring it out if you don't mind. My e-mail is [email protected]

They are better then OEM, the pressure rating and materials used are of a much higher grade. We have not done a line for a Q45 yet so we would need and original line to get measurements and sizes off of. But, we are willing to do that at no extra charge, and can ship your factory line back to you. Like I said above, shoot me an e-mail and we'll discuss it. [email protected]

Sorry about the long delay here, I'm assuming you've put the line in by now, but either way, you do not need teflon tape on the fittings, they are tapered fitting that seals once tightened down, if you put teflon on already then it wouldn't be a bad idea to pull it back off, however if it's not leaking then you should be ok. As far as tq settings, a turn with the wrench beyond finger tight and you should be fine.

Again, sorry for the delay, as far as ordering a line, just hop on www.fujiispl.com and order a stainless line for an SR20, since where the line bolts to the rack is on the same side for sohc and dohc KA.
