On your rattling noise, it sounds like maybe pre-detonation (engine knock). Try a higher-octane gas and see if that helps. DON'T keep driving it hard while it's rattling.

Hit an AutoZone and tell them your Check Engine light is on, they'll pull the codes, and you can bring them back here so we can tell what's wrong.

since i bought the car all i been pumping is primium gas 93' , currently i dont have a check engine light on, but i did before and it was the bank 1 02 Sensor. i got that replaced.. i mean compare to the noise it made before and the noise that its making now. i'll give it about a 3 to 4 , on a scale of 10....it just now smooth anymore..... like it does;t have that juice in it now more lol...

Might be worth geting the dealer to do a full COnsult scan. Shouldn't cost more than $100, and it'll give you some good insight.

In the meantime: Get some MAF cleaner and clean it well. Also, clean the throttle body real good.

If you are not sure about a MAF I would suggest you not try and clean it as they are very sensitive. Is the rattling coming from the engine or the transmission, you mentioned rattling and hard 1-2 shifting so it may be the transmission? or is it doing both? Have you had the transmission serviced ever?

From a consult perspective, you can take it to Nissan and have them run a diagnostic scan on it. Consult is the tool they use.

so i found out what is a maf is, mass air flow... i read and saw a video on it but one other thing is that when cleaning the mass air flow should the engine be cold or clean it as soon you turn off your engine.... i also bought some throttle cleaner too. when you mension about clean the throttle body did you meant the inner part of the throttle and the throttle plate? seem easy but tell is there precaution i should know before doing so?

i had the transmission drain and topped off ... that was like at 100,000k . i got it done about twice since i got the car. It does sound like from the tranmission only not the engine..... oh yeah i went and look online about what is MAF is well its mass air flow, and i read and saw a video on how to clean it and it seem easy. i believe. my concern is that when cleaning the MAF do you take senson out when the car is cold or hot.....????? also i bought some thrttle cleaner its STP brand .. i was woundering when u mension cleaning the throttle body did you meant cleaning the inner pair of the throttle as well as the throlle plate???? also tell me what othere serious precaution should i take or know before doing so... i mean should i try and do this and see the problem will solve or just take it to nissan and do a consult first????
