hicas rack replacement

so all i wanted to do today is replace the hicas inner tie rod ends, but my Z wasnt gonna let me get off that easy. after removing one tie rod i tried to loosen the other but ended up crushing the little end that contains the threads that the tie rods go into. so now i cant remove one side and the other side threads are trashed. has anyone here replaced the rack, just undo the lines, slap the new one on and bleed it? just looking for some input, thanks guys
