Okay i was talking to a couple people about exhaust system's for my 240. And I choose one the HKS hi powered exhaust system! Now I was talking to this guy and he said I should upgrade to a performance chip if I wanted the full potential out of the exhaust, and so it would run better!!! Now would I actually need to get a performance chip?

Okay that was my first question second question.

If I bought Skunk2 lowering springs would it make my ride bumpy! I don't want that! So would I have to upgrade my suspension, like would I have to buy new shocks and struts and all that stuff?

Thanks I really appreciate all the help!

#1 No you don't NEED to upgrade the ECU with an exhaust.

#2 Just buy coilovers... Yes it'll be a crappy ride if you buy just springs.

actually

1. you should get a 2.5 inch sysetm instead of a 3 inch for better power if you are running n/a

2. skunk 2 springs actually arent that bad, IDK what hes saying ^^ but my coilovers are a lot rougher on their lightest setting that lowering springs. its not the spring, its the dampening effect of the shocks and struts that control oscillation. The problem with skunks is that they give such a big drop that you need camber bolts to adjust camber properly. they tend to blow struts faster too cuz they allow for limited travel but its nothing too drastic. Also, they are loud, and move quite a bit. btw coilovers are 1200 + for a good set that isnt k-sport megan etc crap.

240s are crappy rides period. but they can handle really well.

^ how are 240's a crappy ride?

buy ya i would run a 2.5 inch exhaust if its n/a.and for your suspension, id straight up get a full coilover suspension. your gonna want one any way later down the road. might as well save your money and get it now.

megans are pretty good coilovers. not the best but definetly the best bang for the buck.
