I've noticed my 91 NA has a slight hesitation after shifting gears before it is fully warmed up. Anyone know a quick fix for this? The spark plugs and injectors were replaced recently and the 93 octane gas is fresh.

Let it warm up? Actually I'd suspect your tps needs dialed in. Start by checking for codes then follow the procedure to calibrate your tps, could also be a sticking iacv, clean it.

+1 to the IACV, corroded connectors and other issues with it sticking are very common problems with the Z32, and especially lately. Corrosion gets us all '94 and earlier, unfortunately.
Also to check are the CTS sensors and PTU harness connectors for corrosion, plus the injector connectors although hopefully they aren't an issue being the injectors were replaced.

There are many issues that lead to hesitation issues on the z32.....listed below are common problem areas and there are many more.

Clean the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and verify voltage
Clean the air filter
Clean the injectors
Change the spark plugs
Change the fuel filter
Clean the Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) connector
Clean the Throttle Bodies
