If I were you I would try to shift to neutral while driving. If the vibration remains the same you may assume that it doesn't come from engine, unless your car vibrates on idle. If it comes from the engine, do the balance test to check whether the injectors fire properly. I would also test ignition coils and fuel pressure. If you are good working with your hands, I recommend

So if you don't feel any difference when shifting to neutral, I would recommend checking those.
