I don't have any personal experience with it, but I believe that the 200sx oil pan has the same issue with the crank girdle. I personally (and have many others) had dented oil pans and we all simply pounded it back out with a hammer. No one that I've heard of has had any problems doing that. He does know what he's talking about, and I would like to know FOR SURE that the 200sx not only bolts on, but clears the S13 RWD crossmember, with the stock, or CA specific NISMO mounts. It might clear with KA/SR NISMO mounts, but they make the motor sit up higher. 4th-Have some respect for your fellow members, please!
