I bought my a/c about a month ago with 27,000 miles on it and now it has 28,000 miles on it. Within two weeks of driving my car the transmission somehow blew. My local dealership claimed that they fixed it but keep making things worse for me and my car. I have not been able to drive my car for almost three weeks now because of them. When I do get my car back, I have to give it right back to them because something else is wrong with it. I just gave it back today for the 3rd of 4th time. I've lost count. What it is doing is jerking a lot. When I ride at a constant speed the whole car jumps about 5,000 rpms or greater, no matter how high or how low they are. For example, if it's riding at 1,900 rpms it will jump to about 2,400 rpms or higher. When it does this the whole car jerks forward then back. It will do this for the whole trip no matter where I go. My dealership knows nothing about what's wrong with it. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with my car?!?

Can't you Lemon Law if this is the 3rd or 4th time? Or does your state not cover used cars?

does this happen when your slowing down or if you going down hill cause this sounds like the torque converter engaging and disengaging if you going in a straight line then your cvt might be faulty and if that is the problem you cant fix it so if they told you they fixed thats bs they can replace the whole unit get back to me with the details since you said constant speed how fast were you going remeber cvt dont have gears so if you press the gas it will rev before giving you power like as if the clutch was slipping

it only does it when I speed up and remain at a constant speed. It does not do anything when I am slowing down. It's real smooth when I slow down. No matter if I am on hills going up and down or even going in a straight line, it jerks the whole time. I talked to them today and they said they still do not know what's wrong with it after two days of testing. It does it at any speed that I am remaining constant at. It doesn't matter if it is 30 mph or if it's 60 mph. At every speed it does the same thing. At times it did feel like it was slipping when I pressed the gas, it seemed like it took it a second to register and it would jerk and take off.

I bought my car from a used car lot, not a Nissan dealership. I could have done the Lemon Law thing; however, my dealership had my car the week before the due date of the Lemon law and the week of the due date and the week after the due date. So, I could not do the Lemon Law because I didn't even have my car.
