Help-trying to install 2" lift shackles '93 2wd D-21

I'm trying to do a mild lift on my 1993 2wd D-21. I have already raised front end. I purchased a set of Fab Tech shackles for the rear, which is supposed to "just bolt right on".. Well, the shackles came with 1/2 x 4 1/2 bolts.. The stock shackles appear to be mounted with 7/8 x 4 1/2 and the top bolts have a sleeve on them that don't / can't come off.... Any suggestions on what to use, what parts distributor to contact? I'm a newbie to Nissans so any help would be appreciated..

I know the front eye takes 3/4" bolts from when I did the re-drill to lower my Frontier, same rear setup. I'm not familiar with fab tech shackles. If anything like this kit, you use smaller bolts with spacer bushings. I reckon I'd make my own and get some grade 8 hardware store 4" shank bolts at this price.

Which lift did you install in the front? I'm running a Calmini add a leaf in the rear. But haven't lifted the front yet. Got 31'' mtr's on it with some trimming in the front.
