You could also try the switch... It could be bad or something....

There are also TCS fuses, i cant remember if they are in the engine compartment or in the passenger compartment....

There are 2 or 3 fuses which are both in the engine compartment and the drivers side of the front passenger compartment near the parking brake release.

Have you checked the TCS fluid level under the hood?

If the TCS switch is off only the TCS light on the dash should be on

There is also a self diagnosis feature you can check. You need to have driven the car at above 30mph for 1 minute and then with the engine still running you need to check the number of flashes from the TCS module LED. This is mounted under the rear parcel shelf in the trunk on the far left hand side. To view the red LED it is best to remove the verticle trunk trim panel and then you can see the LED clearly. The LED should flash repeatedly at 0.5 second intervals. At the end of each sequence there is a pause of a few seconds and then it will repeat a certain number of flashes.

Note the number of flashes and post the result and I can then advise you from the list in the service manual what the result means.

There are nineteen different possibilities that is you will either get 1,2,3,4........19 flashes before the pause.
