I took out the timing belt and I think I accidently turned the crankshaft a little. Is it possible for me to just alignment the marks on the three sprockets with the marks on the side and I'll be fine? Or I'm kinda screw?

Based on your other posts I gather that you are removing the cylinder head... in which case it doesn't matter that you moved the crank. Just set everything back to TDC using the marks on the engine (not the belt) and you will be fine.
