HELP!?!? swapped my ka and now it wont crank

fellas please help...

just swapped my s13 with a s14 ka..
the car ran before reason for the swap was because the privious motor had a knock...
so i know the starter/alt/fuses and fuel pump is good

now when i turn the key, i can hear the pump prime then i wait a few seconds and try to crank but thers NOTHING not even a click....
all fuses under the hood were tripple checked, and starter is hooked up correctly


any imput what so ever is help full, i did tons of reaserch and had a few knoledged people come and try to help but no luck

try neutral saftey switch under clutch if its a 5 speed, or relay under passenger fender beside battery kinda tucked in the fender a lil bit..its blue and its 2 relays together...like 20 bucks at the parts store

relay? how can i determine it bieng bad?

well i was told to jump it...cant remember off the top of my head how to..i just replaced it and it fired right up...it is a relay for the starter and power to the coil i believe, cause i could run a jumper wire to the starter and get the starter to turn the motor over but it had no fire....so i ruled out the starter being bad. best way is to get a multimeter and start checking voltage and conitunity(spelling???) or just replace it if u had a buddy who has one first instead of buying it and not needing it

I know it sounds stupid but is the battery fully charged? I was going through the same thing when I swapped motors and I was freaking out lol. But it was just the battery being tired from sitting for so long.
