Help Please With Swirl control Valve Codes p1130 And p1131

Hello again if anyone could help this time it would be greatly apprecative I keep getting codes p1131 on my 2001 qx4. It turned out to be a vacuum hose problem for the top swrill valve, the bottom one does not accavate at all I think I have the hoses hooked up correctly. the veh was in an accident and it damaged the air box but that was replaced same as the vacuum canister any help would be nice thanks.
