Doing a motor swap on my 1990 NA 5spd, getting everything back together and I see this hose and it looks like the fuel hoses but where would it go? It connects just below and behind the driver side throttle body. Any help would be amazing, thank you!

I'm thinking that's the high pressure blinker fluid line.

^^^^Lol, which connects to the low pressure brake light booster.

Seriously, that hose looks (and it's hard to determine due to some awfully ratty looking hoses everywhere...replace the fuel lines at least, they are very high pressure fuel lines (40+ psi) and a rupture there...well, do I need say more?!?) like someone was using some vacuum hose with some fuel line wrap perhaps for heat protection- that hose should IIRC connect to the intake hard pipe nipple.
BTW, use the osm from our stiky here for some good diagram info, as well as tests for all issues.
Hopefully from the sight of new PCV hose, you did the pc valves as well while the engine was out (FAAAAAR easier)? And injectors/connectors if a pre-'94 engine? Front and rear engine seals? IACV clean and new harness? More? If not you WILL be unhappy soon...
