Not OEM, aftermarket for sure. As far as I know, there are grooves for water drain at the bottom of OEM side skirts. Most aftermarket skirts don't have them.

Canadian Hicas sideskirts and rear valence

We have these on 2 of our cars . I have several pics. I will post if someone can advise how to post pics from photobucket . (I have searched without success)

These become available from time to time and I can keep a lookout for them up here. They are made for Nissan in Austria and are really sturdy but flexible . I have twisted one 180 degrees with no damage.

You are correct in that they did not come on every HICAS car - they seem to be found most commonly on the 91 HICAS cars here in Ontario
