Help ecu code

i have a very bad sputtering problem so i did the procedures to check the codes by turning the thing on the ecu clockwise then counter clockwise and then the check engine light would blink 4 time with red LED at the same time on the ecu and then after those a 3 green LED blinks only on the ecu would blink what code is this. And is the ecu suppose to blink green while giving it gas.
