Ok, like to post says,my car devoloped a strange vibration in the front end, so i checked it out, and it turns out that both my front lower controm arm bushings are bad. weird thing is, the car only has 42,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident.

I looked around but i couldn't find any bushings. please don't tell me i have to replace the lower control arms!!!

they are likely a dealer only itme on such a new car, I am supprised to hear this, unless they are subject to fluids or constant washing they should last for 10 years or better i'd think

Aren't you the same guy that had all the suspension issues during cornering? (i'm lazy i don't feel like looking it up).

Regardless, in this case, maybe you want to replace the control arms if they wore out that quickly...

yes!!!, im surprised you remembered. I finally found the problem. When i have the time i may be able to get some pics, but both rubber bushings are pretty torn up. I dont know how this could happen.

Replacing the lower controm arms seems like such a waste, since the arms are perfectly fine.

I literally go thru an LCA every 90 days. I drift and DD my car, but they do suck. No aftermarket arms either. Tried delran bushings and it was a disaster.

$186 ea. thru Nissan. 10 minute swap.

Now *that* is some serious steering angle!

Seriously though, that's almost as painful to look at as the Joe Theisman knee video.

I'm surprised Pfeiffer or some of the suspension geeks over at SPL haven't crafted something yet. All B'Ver has for the 350 is for the rear and SPL just has the Upper A Arm.

I have a nissan extended warrenty, do you think they would cover these if i swapped back my stock struts/shocks and springs?

if so, do you think it would be worth it?????
