Help!!!!!!!!!! Body damage cannot find parts

I am the proud owner of a 2004 Spec V that has been backed into by somebody in a big car or truck...... I ve got all the mechanical fixed after a few week of blood sweat and tears (cuz of the wallet) but now im having a hard time finding a stock front bumper and passenger side fender... Will just a regular sentra fender and bumper work or does it has to be type specific... i ve tried to compare and they look the same but im just not sure...Please Help........

Base model front bumpers would fit, but they're a little bit different aesthetically. The fender is the same.
