I jus installed the weapon-r intake on my b16 spec v and it kinda chokes when i step on it and the car seems a lil slower in response to when i step on it. Also theres a weird whistle noise too. I think the intake is bringin in to much air. What do you guys think?

Whistling noise is a vacuume leak. Is your PCV hose before or after the MAF sensor? Which way is the MAF facing?

hrm? At any time did you disconnect the MAF harness from the sensor?

The whistling noise might be the foam airfilter.

The loss of power might be MAF still learning about getting more air.
