You need ECU when you pulled the sensors your ECU should hv threw a code

I went through sumething just like this on my nissan maxima se 1995

i replaced every sensor on the motor

maf, camshaft, iat control, tps, and much more car stilll would not rev past 2000 rpms

I even changed the converter it did the same thing

than a manufacture control code came up your stuffs faulty

you have all the classic signs of a failed ECU

:welcome: to NICO gnogoss!

It's pretty rare to see a dead ECU, but on rare occasions it happens. Usually due to damage from another electrical problem or water damage from a leaky windshield or poorly repaired body damage. If you have a pull-a-part style yard nearby, that will be your cheapest option. There are two '93's in my local pull-a-part... if you want me to pull one and ship it I can do that at cost to help you out. They charge about $25 plus whatever it would cost to ship it. No guarantees or warranty that the part is good or that it'll fix your problem though...
