HELP: 07 Sentra shift lights & Intelligent Key stopped working

Hi, I was trying to take the stock radio out and not sure if I might have triggered something.... The shift lights don't light up and the intelligent key no longer works. The hazard lights still work and the car seems to turn on with the standard key.

I was freaking out so I put all the stock parts back together but still no luck with the shift lights or intelligent key.

I went to grab the spare and the spare intelligent key seems to work. Do you think it's just a coincidence that the battery died for the first intelligent key?

Any idea how to change the battery on these intelligent keys? I hope I didn't damage any wires for the shift lights....

Check fuses first. Since the spare works though, sounds like some sort of code may have been reset on the first key.

Thanks nametakennow! It turned out to be a dead bulb for the shift lights and a dead battery for the intelligent key. It's just very weird that this all happened the same time when I tried to take the radio out and painted my calipers.... Is my car telling me to stop messing with her parts? LOL

im not sure bout the b16 but did u try resetin the computer
