heatter core leaks

hi everyone,,, im bout to buy a 1990 with a s13 swap.....the overall the car looks and drive great...but the guy told me the heater core has leaks and i really need to have heat ,,,so what should i do: buy a aftermarket core or get one from junk yard and follow the manual repair book???? i did offered the owner of that car to fix for me for 200.oo but he told me that he doesnt have time, he just wanna get out of it if possible( the car if sold to me at 4800) i really dont know what to do....oh yea,, by the way....the car stripped and has no interior...thank you so much in advance

4800 for a stripped car w/ no heat? 1990 what? 1990 240sx's are s13's....Aftermarket or factory, to put a new heater core in you're gonna have to pull the dash.
