Hi, this is my most hot summer with my ca, in Turkey it's about 38-42 C outside, and when I'm on hard traffic, I mean passing 5km. about 1 hour. At first 15 minutes it idles ok, and the water temprature needle is between the second and third line. After about 30-35 minutes, it starts to go up between 3 and 4. And after 1 hour in traffic it's nearly at 5th line. but I dont wait to go temprature up and I open the heater at hot and I make the water temprature fall down, sometimes I pull right and wait to fall down the temprature. By the way my radiator is stock and it's 15 years old Should I buy a new radiator and electric fans ? Or should I look up the problem somewhere else ?

The stock radiator is a joke, and not a funny one. Get a bigger one.

Hey Blackened. I like your special cooling techniques. I think it's probably the radiator, but it could be the water pump or thermostat.

I too used your heater technique on a 100degF day here in Australia, and I ended up with heat stroke and had to spend 2 days in bed.

yes it's pretty fantastic dude, everyone around sitting in their cars with their automated climate and you're getting red on red in the car at 40 degrees outside with the open heater I guess I'll change my radiator and put double electric fan.
