how do I change the light bulbs for heater control in 1995 J30

1) remove the shifter cover2) remove the wood fram (becareful not to break it)3) remove the ac control module4) open up the cover of the module5) change the bulb

or you can just get a used ac control module

Are you trying to replace them with the OEM color or install an aftermarket color?

There's a guy who changed his lights to red instead of the OEM green. Looks darn good, too.
