Heat only when driving over 40mph

Whenever I drive over 40mph the heat is blasting out but when stop for a light or traffic cold air starts to blow out. I tried all differnt kinds of settings but I think something is wrong. The model is a 2004 G35X

Turned out to be some air pockets that were cleared and now its working file

So how were those caused?? And what did they do to fix it??

Did you check your radiator fluid levels? I've read that the car will not provide the heater with water when the Engine needs it and the water level is low. That could be why when you stopped, you didn't have any heat. I could be a little off on that, but in my head it makes sense.
