My girlfriend's G20 has headlight problems. Low beams work, high beams don't, and when the stalk is flipped to the high position, the little blue light in the gauge cluster doesn't come on. I'm assuming the switch just needs replaced. Is there anything else I should look into? BTW, I just replaced her bulbs about a month ago.

No, I didn't use my bare hands. Actually, I didn't even have to touch the glass to change them. The light in the gauge cluster makes me think that it is the switch. Does anyone know a part # for that?

Okay, here's another clue. Tonight I flipped the switch to the high position, and wiggled it a little bit. Suddenly, the blue light comes on, and the driver's high beam works, but the low doesn't. I'd like to find out something, because the nearest Infiniti dealer is a pretty good drive and I don't wanna pay for something I don't need.

I'd try pulling the switch assembly and spraying it down with electrical contact cleaner in the "block" area where it's attached to the steering column. It's a very large mechanical switch grid in there. I don't know if it's exposed or not - I know it is on my truck. I've heard of this working on the trucks before, so it's worth a shot. Just get a can of "electrical contact" or "radio tuner" cleaner at Radio Shack or a parts supply house.
